Questions chapters ask

Can members under 21 come?
Yes, at a private buyout. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over.
When should we book a spring formal?
In the fall semester, because peak spring dates fill first. Smaller chapter events usually need 3 to 6 weeks' notice, and weeknight philanthropy events are the easiest to place.
What does a formal cost?
Pricing comes in your written proposal. It depends on the date, the guest count and the package. The Reservation Team replies within 2 business hours, with a written proposal within 24 hours.
Can we put our letters on the screens?
Yes. Saint Yves and Abigail run your organization's photos and logos on their projection screens.
Can we see the rooms first?
Yes. Tour Saint Yves and Abigail in 3D tonight, then ask the Reservation Team for a walkthrough of any of the three.
Is security included?
Yes. Complete staffing comes with the room: security, bartenders and servers, plus set up and clean up.

Book the room or see it first?

The Reservation Team replies within 2 business hours, with a written proposal within 24 hours. Sending is not a booking and takes no payment.
